Looking at where she is stepping on guessing Svenland, Iceland or maybe October Revolution. Hard to find labeling from a different perspective. Maybe someone would find a clue from diamonds in the cloudy frame

Antoine in pinkish violet I think it is plum is a change that stands out. His hair looks like a bow. The position of Antoine is formal while looking like he cleaned the ring to have it shine and Bunnie looks excited. The rocket boosters do look dangerously close to Antoine and Rotor.

looks like you brighten his teeth. He is known for his shining smile. Cane looks like a crown design but seem like needs more if he he makes comeback. I know it was original but trying to figure what he needs to be more notable. The hat looks great for his carnival games.

you are very good at noticing the details, even with few images, yes, I made his teeth very shiny and a little reflective, I'm not sure of the original designer, but it looked like a crown to me, so I made one

Looking at the coins, either either they are from different land or there was an anniversary.

[Iggy Koopaling from Super Mario Bros 3]

it was vast change for Iggy in Mario bros 3 so it is understandable he redesign in mario builder games. Wonder if this helped create mechakoopas for Mario World or they confused him for Larry.

The truth is that the Koopalings designs at that time were a mess, the artwork had nothing to do with the sprite in many cases
