the slight red outline in the eyes can make the eyes red. Maybe looking at it quickly or the optical illusion of focusing on the red outline than zooming out causes it to make her eyes red.

The long and thick arms are unexpected, which made me check the proportions along with the hands. Is she surprisingly strong. Using oversize shirt as a gown works well for her improvising her size along with the aid of the belts. The eye brows look like she work on them to go with hairstyle.

My primary motivation for the long arms is to differentiate the proportions from human proportions.
But given that despite being smaller (in DnD atleast) they can be just as strong as orcs - gnomes having sleeper builds makes some sense lmao
