The shorten ears look familiar but I am not what animal. They are far different from what she originally had, but they are cute like she was a child.

Question the fins could break the shorts and scrunchies. Hopefully they stretch. I see some sweat on her head and possibly dirt smudges on her fingers.
This one was a surprise nightmare fuel that I ran from it not knowing I hit the right button to hurt it, twice. Good work on scales and showing it worn off. The great detail on the coil arms makes me think there is some of the rust.
Looking at the snowman's and the barrel' eyes makes me consider that K. Rool may have cybernetic eye.
Did not know snowman had cufflinks.
Many details can be seen in the official renders, but they are not the same models as the final sprites, probably because some details did not look good in low resolution.
Once K. Rool had an elite army at this time they are likely less discipline. Looking at krunch Diddy Kong racing for similarity not sure he wore leather.
Good work showing dots on the barrel and the bumps on the leather footwear.
Looking at Krumble DK3 buff guy is not like previous versions of Krusha. Not sure if he counts as Kludge
I think DK3's krempling, Kobble if he is previous versions than this means K. Rool able reform limbs.
I believe that the DKC3 versions are genetic modifications of the kremlings with bubbles on the scales as mutations
Looks like Rudy has the home field advantage. Not sure Adeleine's paint is water color or gouche, but guessing they may mess with the chalk creations.
One of the source of the troubles. Good she got rid of it. Those "guides" are unhealthy.
Unfortunately, the image of the link is not working.
The head phones are cute. The blaster and wheels remind me of Megaman legend. Made me look back at Megaman X armors. The yellow outline armor seems regal.
The green layout does foreshadow what Funky Kong will be later 64. The length of the arm greatly changes by the angle view. The patterns on the surfboard look familiar.
I may need to change usser name as it has been used
